Interested in giving back to the WordPress commuity?<\/p>\n<p>To make WCKent amazing takes a lot of work, and we&#8217;d love it if you&#8217;d join us in making it great. We&#8217;re currently taking applications\u00a0for volunteers to help during the event.<\/p>\n<p>A sample of the types of volunteers we&#8217;re looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration &#8211; Check in registered attendees and hand out nametags<\/li>\n<li>Greeter &#8211; In the mornings only, greet people at the entrances<\/li>\n<li>Video\/Cameras &#8211; Help setting up cameras and mics for WordCamp and throughout event.<\/li>\n<li>Photographer &#8211; Take pictures throughout the event of speakers and atendee&#8217;s. <\/li>\n<li>Room Runners &#8211; Work with the emcees, video staff, speakers, and everyone else working in the room to keep things running smoothly<\/li>\n<li>Miscellaneous Prep<\/li>\n<li>Emcee \/ Speaker Helper &#8211; Helps Speaker setup. Introduce speakers\/sessions, keep track of time.<\/li>\n<li>Video Post Production &#8211; Help edit session videos to be uploaded to WordPress.tv<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?
